Dr. Packer provides excellent restorative dental care. If your teeth are damaged or decayed, crowns may be constructed to restore them back to their original form. If you have missing teeth, a bridge may be utilized. These restorations are cemented onto the teeth and are referred to as "fixed" dentistry as opposed to a restoration of missing teeth with a removable appliance or partial denture.
Bridges are natural-looking tooth replacements which help maintain facial structure, reduce stress on the jaw and fill in the gaps caused by missing teeth. Fixed bridges are cemented to the existing teeth and do not come out. Removable bridges can be taken out and cleaned at home.
Crowns are used to strengthen and improve the shape, size or color of teeth. They can support broken or weak teeth or those with large fillings; provide a smooth, strong, attractively contoured surface for stained, misshapen or otherwise abnormal teeth; and aid in the implantation of bridges and other implants.

What is Sapphire Chairside Whitening Gel?
Sapphire Chairside Whitening Gel is a hydrogen peroxide formula. When activated by the Sapphire® light, whitening of up to 12 shades is often achieved in one hour.
Is this whitening procedure safe?
Absolutely! When used under the supervision of Dr. Packer, the procedure is safe and will not harm teeth or gums.
What is involved in the procedure?
It is always performed by a dental professional, so you can be assured that the procedure is safe. They will use the Sapphire Light in conjunction with the Sapphire Chairside Whitening Gel to achieve whitening up to 12 shades.
Will I have to wear a mouth tray?
Sapphire Chairside Whitening does not require the use of a mouth tray. This is a one-visit procedure that Dr. Packer will perform. Rather than having to wear a mouth tray night after night, you will see results immediately.

Important Safety Information
Tachycardia, bradycardia, and cardiac arrhythmias may occur with the use of phentolamine or other alpha-adrenergic blocking agents. Although such effects are uncommon with OraVerse (phentolamine mesylate), clinicians should be alert to the signs and symptoms of these events, particularly in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease. Following parenteral use of phentolamine at doses between 5 to 15 times higher than the recommended dose of OraVerse, myocardial infarction, and cerebrovascular spasm and occlusion have been reported, usually in association with marked hypotensive episodes producing shock-like states.
